All expeditions and investigations conducted by Investigative Expeditions, LLC are kept strictly private and protected under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Public release of any expedition details, findings, imagery, data, or client identity occurs only at the request of the customer.
1. Client confidentiality
We treat every engagement as confidential by default. Locations, witness accounts, sensor data, operational plans, production materials, and related communications are not shared outside the engagement team except as required to perform the work you authorize, or as required by law.
NDAs are standard for our expeditions and investigations. If you require additional confidentiality terms, we will address them before fieldwork begins.
2. Public disclosure
We do not publish case studies, footage, findings, or client names without the customer’s explicit request or written approval. Any materials shown on this website that describe deployments are anonymized or used only with client authorization.
3. Website inquiries
Information you submit through our contact forms (such as name, email, phone, and message content) is used only to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Please avoid including highly sensitive details in the initial web form. We will arrange a private channel for confidential case discussion.
